Kono Kikukawa: After reading the Week 2 article, I strongly related to the idea of connecting with people across distance. In my previous comment, I mentioned that I visited Expo 2025 Osaka and experienced the “Future of Life” pavilion. This exhibition showed how robots and AI could preserve a person’s mind even after death and allow people to stay connected through technology.

This experience made me realize that connection is not limited to physical presence. As discussed in the Week 2 reading, exhibitions can also create emotional connections between people, even when they are far apart. I think this idea can be expanded further in art, not only through technology but also through storytelling and exhibition design. For example, works like Black Mirror also explore how technology can extend human relationships beyond life and distance.

Therefore, I believe exhibitions and artworks have strong potential to help people feel close to each other, even across distance or time.
