Maybe red colour is only used as a correction colour in Japan.
While it does carry the meaning of a correction, I believe it is a revision that respects the original name, much like a teacher tracing over a student's handwriting.
I don’t think she will be happy to have her daughter’s name corrected.

For many years, people are tend to consider girls as red, boys as black (or blue).
However, by creating this work together, I feel that his mother is gradually trying to accept it.
However, they wrote their name in opposite color which people are usually think.
However, they might actually have been written alternating between red and black.
Instead of the red and black combining or like smudging. the red sort of bled through the black to leave a scar that looked brown.

So They’re supposed to be disliking her son, . But instead they look friendly. And that feels kind of odd for me...
Of course, we can only imagine the process through which the name was chosen and the meaning behind it.
I think that, because two names were written there, it signified that rather than erasing the past entirely, I would live from now on embracing both identities.
Instead of the past instead of sort of morphing into the present, it left a scar and it's just sort of printed.
In a way that can't be changed.
